Randy heads the Company and the Team with one goal in mind- To find solutions to help people through the probate process as quickly and efficiently as possible by connecting them with the resources they need. Randy is an expert in dealing with real estate dispositions related to probate and can work with you, and your attorney, to deal with complex, confusing, difficult, and obscure issues that other people lacking his background cannot handle. Randy has developed a reputation amongst the Attorneys, Title Companies, and Bankers he deals with as the guy who can purchase deals that no one else in Arkansas will touch, earning him a spot at the top of their Rolodex.
Randy has a background of working for a Wall Street company where he learned strategies of how to think differently than most everyone else to find unique solutions. He has started, grown, and sold multiple companies over the years, and now is well known to be The Go-To Probate Real Estate Resource * in Arkansas.
For over 30 years, Randy has been involved in real estate investing and problem-solving. In 2010, Randy became a full-time Probate Investor and Solutions Provider. Throughout his 30 years of investing, Randy has developed a network of the best resources in Arkansas, including the best Senior Living Lawyers, the best Probate lawyers, the best Insurance Agents, the best Estate Sale Companies, the best Contractors, Locksmiths, Lawncare and more that can benefit those going through the probate process.
The Company focuses on Probates, Senior Living Transitions into senior care, working with both Medicaid and Probate Attorneys as well as foreclosures and divorces to solve their clients’ problems quickly.

Operations Manager
Laighton joined the Company over 2 ½ years ago. She is now the Operations Manager for the Company as well as working with clients in customer services. Her goal is to make sure everyone feels welcome and well taken care of in working with Arkansas Property Buyers. She is married and has two very energetic but lovable dogs!
Anthony Thomason

Anthony has been in the real estate business for over 10 years, starting in construction and eventually moving into our Client Services Department. He works hard to find solutions to your probate real estate problems and has the go-giver attitude to help everyone obtain their desired solution when selling their probate real estate.
